ukbetting PLC19 April 2005 ukbetting plc ('the Company') Additional Listing The Company has applied today for the listing of 233,016 Ordinary Shares of 1peach in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') 32,882 Ordinary Shares have been allotted at 52.4167p calculated at the averageof the middle market quotations as recorded in the Daily Official List on thethree trading days preceding the date of allotment and comprise part seniorexecutives' remuneration package in lieu of salary. 200,134 Ordinary Shares have been allotted at 49.75p in respect of the deferredconsideration shares in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement forGoldbet Sportwetten GmbH.
