Waterman Group PLC09 February 2005 Waterman Group PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a total of 195,001 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's main market. These Ordinary Shares are being issuedpursuant to the exercise of share options.
