Arena Leisure PLC22 December 2005 Arena Leisure plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 500,000Ordinary Shares of 5p each, fully paid, in the Company on the Official List; andto the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. Theshares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and have been issuedpursuant to the exercise of options under the Arena Leisure 1997 DiscretionaryShare Option Scheme (331,761) and the Arena Leisure 1997 Company Share OptionPlan (168,239).
