Block Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 25p each.

These shares may be required to meet obligations under the Chime Communications PLC Savings Related Share Option Scheme and the Chime Communications PLC Executive Share Option Scheme. The admission is expected to become effective on Wednesday 13th April 2011. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
