Additional Listing
An application has been made for the Block Listing of 36,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Shares from this application will be allocated as follows:
The Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC Sharesave Scheme 2010: 7,500,000; and
The Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC Long Term Incentive Plan: 28,500,000
It is expected that admission will commence at 8am on 3 April 2019.
