Yule Catto & Co PLC31 January 2006 Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for a total of 872,460 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each (the"Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 31 January 2005 and tradingwill commence on 1 February 2005.
