Thomson Intermedia PLC25 May 2006 Thomson Intermedia plc ("Thomson Intermedia" or the "Company") Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of20,000 new ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with theexisting ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), to trading on AiM, a market of theLondon Stock Exchange plc. These Ordinary Shares were allotted pursuant to theexercise of options. Trading in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to commence on 26 May 2006.
