London, 19 January 2010. Imperial Innovations (AIM: IVO, "Imperial Innovations"), a leading technology commercialisation and investment company, announces that 2,160,308 ordinary shares of 3 1/33 pence each have been allotted following exercises of share options under the Imperial Innovations Long Term Incentive Plan adopted by the Company on 24 May 2006.
Following those exercises of share options, the Company's total issued voting share capital will be 59,790,621 ordinary shares of 3 1/33 pence each.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for those shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to become effective on 20 January 2010.
