Group PLC18 July 2007 N BROWN GROUP PLC Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for a Block listing of 550,000 Ordinary shares of 11 1/19p each of NBrown Group plc to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be listed in connection with the following schemes: The N BrownGroup plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 2000; The N Brown Group plcCompany Share Option Plan and The N Brown Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan(2004 revised) version. Of the shares it is expected that, 350,000 will beissued pursuant to the N Brown Group plc Savings - Related Share Option Scheme2000; 100,000 will be issued pursuant to the N Brown Group plc Company ShareOption Plan and 100,000 will be issued pursuant to the N Brown Group plcLong-Term Incentive Plan (2004 revised) version.
