Yoomedia PLC14 July 2006 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 14 July 2006 that Platinum Partners Value ArbitrageFund LP have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of 5,309,734 ordinary sharesat 2.26p per share. The service of the Loan Notice was in accordance with theterms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006. YooMedia was also notified on 14 July 2006 that an employee of the Companyexercised options under the Share Option Deed to receive 19,106 ordinary sharesin the Company. Application has been made for the ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM andadmission is expected to be on 20 July 2006.
