2 July 2008 iPoint-media plc (the "Company") Exercise of options
The Company announces that, following the exercise of employee options, it has issued, conditional on admission, 100,000 new ordinary shares.
Application has been made for 100,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 9 July 2008.
Following the admission of these shares the Company will have 113,477,937 ordinary voting shares in issue.
