Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 31,250 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on 20 September 2012
