Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), a leading supplier of generic veterinary medicines and identification products and services to the companion animal veterinary markets, announces that application had been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission 100,619 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 1 March 2018.

Subsequent to admission there will be 60,014,519 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
