Ultrasis PLC09 January 2006 Ultrasis PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company has received conversion notices from holders of £748,449 nominal ofthe 6 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2008. Accordingly, application has today been made for the admission of 149,689,800new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market. The new ordinary shares willrank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings inthe new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 11 January 2006. Following conversion and allotment, the Company will have £77,179 nominal ofStock outstanding and 1,314,540,367 ordinary shares in issue.
