Additional Listing

Ricardo announces that applications have been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 2,827 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "Shares") to the premium segment of Official List and to trading on the Main Market.

These Shares are being issued and allotted for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of a Share option granted under the Company's 2004 Executive Share Option Plan.

These Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will become effective on 12 December 2017.
