Byotrol PLC06 August 2007 Byotrol plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Board announces that following the exercise of warrants 275,000 ordinaryshares in the Company have been issued. Accordingly, application has been made for 275,000 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on10 August 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany.
