ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,025,305 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each under an Ordinary share Block Listing facility.

The shares may be issued from time to time for cash provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. This is in relation to the placing programme to satisfy and meet market demand. Any shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
