Zotefoams PLC08 April 2008 Zotefoams Plc ("the Company") Additional listing Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the additional listing of 80,297 ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares being listed are OrdinaryShares which will be issued pursuant to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.The Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
