API Group PLC02 June 2005 API GROUP PLC ("API" or "the Company") Block Listing API announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for a block listing of 525,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to beadmitted to the Official List and to trading in order to satisfy future newissues in connection with the API Group plc Approved Share Option Plan 2002(190,000 ordinary shares) and the API Group plc Unapproved Share Option Plan2002 (335,000 ordinary shares) . It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective on 3 June2005.
