AssetCo PLC29 November 2007 AssetCo plc ("AssetCo" or the "Company") Application has been made for the admission of an additional 489,690 shares of25p each in the capital of the Company to trading on AIM. The shares will beissued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are being allotted as partconsideration for the acquisition by the Company of Auto Electrical Services(Manchester) Limited. Following the proposed admission, the total number of AssetCo OrdinaryShares in issue will increase to 67,748,389. There are no sharesheld in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company willtherefore be 67,748,389.
