Additional Listing

Elementis plc (the "Company") - Additional Listing of Shares A block listing application has been made for 480,000 ordinary shares of 5peach to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank paripassu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. 110,000 will be issued under the Elementis Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 (asamended in 2010 and 2015) and 370,000 shares will be issued under the 2003Executive Share Option Scheme.
