Focus Solutions Group PLC11 January 2007 Focus Solutions Group Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Pursuant to an exercise of 166,000 options at 14.586 pence per share, 100,000options at 20.00 pence per share and 25,000 options at 25 pence per share, theCompany has issued 291,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
