Thomson Intermedia PLC29 October 2007 Thomson Intermedia Plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange plc, fora block listing of 1,072,158 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "New OrdinaryShares"). It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares will becomeeffective on 31 October 2007. The New Ordinary Shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existingshares in issue will be allotted under the terms of the Enterprise ManagementIncentive Option Agreement under the Thomson Intermedia plc 2000 Executive ShareOption Scheme.
