Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 468,864 ordinary shares of 15 pence each, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The block listings consist of 18,864 shares to be issued under the St. James's Place plc Executive Performance Share Plan and 450,000 shares to be issued under the St. James's Place plc Partner Share Option Scheme.
