The Block Listing shares are to be issued in respect of the Company'sShare Option Schemes (Spirax-Sarco Engineering 1992 UK Share Option Scheme(41,148 shares), Spirax-Sarco Engineering 1992 Overseas Share Option Scheme(245,259 shares), Spirax-Sarco Engineering Approved Share Option Scheme (16,069shares) and Spirax-Sarco Engineering Global Share Option Scheme (197,524shares)).
