Billing Services Group Limited16 March 2006 Billing Services Group Limited ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made for a total of 18,059,765 common shares ofUSD1.00 each in the Company ("Common Shares") to be admitted to trading on theAIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") pursuant to the initialsettlement of consideration for the recommended offer for United Clearing plc.
