Application has today been made to AIM for admission of 35,000 new Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 7 November 2017. Following admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have 29,450,175 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in issue of which 12,447 are held as treasury shares leaving a balance of 29,437,728 ordinary shares with voting rights.
