Empresaria Group PLC15 July 2005 Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Company") Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of339,040 new ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with theexisting ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), to trading on the AlternativeInvestment Market ("AIM"). These new Ordinary Shares were allotted pursuant tothe earn-out consideration relating to the acquisition of FastTrack ManagementServices Limited in February 2004.
