Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 1,225,048 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 1,225,048 employee share options under The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 24 February 2017.
