Brammer PLC07 March 2008 Brammer plc announces that application has been made to the London StockExchange and UK Listing Authority for admission to trading and admission to theOfficial List of a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 20p each. Theseshares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, willbe allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of awards underthe Brammer plc Performance Share Plan. Admission is expected to become effective on 11 March 2008.
