Cranswick plc - Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 31,394 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. Following this issue, Cranswick will have 46,346,706 Ordinary Shares in issue.

These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offer in respect of the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2008.

A copy of the Scrip Dividend Scheme circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
