Irrevocable Undertakings
Further to the Company's announcement on 11 February 2011, the Board is pleased to announce that it has received irrevocable undertakings from certain Shareholders to vote in favour of the Resolutions to be proposed at the Company's General Meeting on 28 February 2011.
The irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Resolutions have been received from Shareholders representing, in total, 55% of the Company's existing share capital.
As a result of these irrevocable undertakings, the Resolutions in respect of the Proposals, outlined in the circular (the "Circular") posted to shareholders on 11 February 2011, which are ordinary resolutions, are expected to be approved at the Company's General Meeting.
Defined terms in this announcement should be taken to have the same meaning as those set out in the Circular.
