Farley Group PLC21 December 2005 Farley Group plc ("Farley" or the "Company") Acquisition of London Overseas Property Search Limited Farley, the independent estate agent specialising in selling, letting andmanagement of property, is pleased to announce the acquisition of LondonOverseas Property Search Limited "LOPS" for a net consideration of £150,000 plusan earn out capped at £25,000. LOPS is a high end residential lettings business operating primarily in theRoyal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is anticipated that the business ofLOPS will be absorbed within the Company's current lettings operation, and it isexpected to be earnings enhancing from the outset.
