Dublin, 1 June 2018: Independent News and Media PLC ("INM" or the "Company") announces that Reach Group, a subsidiary company of INM, has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Reachmount DAC, trading as Reach Retail Services, one of Ireland's leading innovative packaging companies.
The acquisition will complement Reach Group's current retail offerings and continues the Company's diversification strategy.
