Headlam Group plc

Headlam Group plc ("Headlam"), Europe's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that on Friday 31 August, it acquired Flooring Accessories Limited.

Flooring Accessories based in Cardiff, is a distributor of residential and commercial floorcovering, principally in south Wales.

Revenue for the year ended 31 July 2012 was £2,180,000. 

Total consideration payable on completion is £576,400, with a further £50,000 payable following the production of completion accounts to verify minimum net assets of £540,000.

Flooring Accessories will continue to trade from its location in Cardiff and be supported by the Group's distribution network.
