Grupo Clarin S.A.21 December 2007 Grupo Clarin S.A. announces the acquisition of 51% of Automoviles Deportivos2000 S.A. by its subsidiary IESA S.A. On 19 December 2007, Grupo Clarin S.A. notified the Buenos Aires Stock Exchangethat Inversora de Eventos S.A. ("IESA"), a subsidiary of Grupo Clarin S.A. hadentered into a stock purchase agreement with Emprendimientos Deportivos 2000S.A. ("ED2000"), whereby it had acquired from ED2000, 51% of the issued andoutstanding capital stock and votes of Automoviles Deportivos 2000 S.A. ("AD2000"). The main activity of AD2000 is the organisation and marketing of automobileracing competitions in Argentina.
