Zotefoams plc (the 'Company')
Directors' Shareholdings
On 12 April 2012 the Executive Directors listed below, became absolutely entitled to Ordinary Shares of 5p ('Shares') each in the capital of the Company, as a result of awards vesting under the Zotefoams 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'). Awards granted under the LTIP vest subject to the satisfaction of performance targets at the end of a three year period. The level of vesting for awards granted in 2009 was 88.7%, which was then increased to reflect the dividends paid during the performance period.
