Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification in accordance with MAR 19(3)
The Company announces that on 07 June 2018, the following directors and PDMRs purchased the number of ordinary shares in the Company (Partnership Shares) set out against their names below and were allocated the number of free ordinary shares (Matching Shares) set out against their names below, in each case under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP):

The Company received notification of this transaction from the trustees of the SIP on 08 June 2018. This announcement, including the notification(s) below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
