Zoetic International, the London listed vertically integrated CBD and natural resources company, has been notified that Nick Tulloch, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 400,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.7 pence per share. Mr Tulloch is now beneficially interested in 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
