Issue of Share Options

Manchester, UK - 30 October 2019:Â Yourgene Health (AIM: YGEN), a leading international molecular diagnostics group, announces the issuance of share options to a recently appointed Non-executive Director and new members of the Company's senior management team.

The new share options below have performance conditions based on EPS growth over the next three years, in line with other senior incentives and previously issued share options:

The exercise price of these options is 12 pence. The total number of share options now in issue is 68,504,961, representing 10% of the as-enlarged share capital.
