Director Declaration

Yew Grove REIT plc announces the following information pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules for Companies and paragraph (g) of Chapter 5 of the Additional Rules for the Euronext Growth Market Operated by Euronext Dublin in respect of certain disclosures made in the Company's admission document dated 5 June 2018 ("Admission Document):

Jonathan Laredo, Chief Executive Officer, as at the date of the Admission Document was a director of Bluezest Mortgages and Loans Limited, a subsidiary of Unique Funding Limited.

Garry O'Dea, Non-executive Director, as at the date of the Admission Document, was within five years preceding the date of the Admission Document previously a director of Irish Ferries Services Limited, a subsidiary of Irish Continental Group plc.

Brian Owens, Non-executive Director, as at the date of the Admission Document was a director of Grouville Capital SA.
