Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe announces that Stuart Howard will be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect, in order to pursue other business interests. Richard Myson, the Group's previous CFO and currently Head of Internal Audit, will resume the role of CFO on an interim basis until a permanent appointment is made.
Stephen Blyth will now continue as the Group's Chief Executive Officer and no longer move to become Executive Chairman as announced on 6 June 2019. Similarly, Alex Borrelli will remain as Non-Executive Chairman. The search for a new Non-Executive Director is well advanced and the Group expects to make an appointment soon. In addition, the search for a permanent CFO is well advanced.
