Important Notice to Shareholders ofXtrackers MSCI Russia Capped Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0322252502) relating to suspension of trading on the Borsa Italiana(the “Sub-Fund”)

Dear Shareholder
Further to the ever developing situation between Russia and Ukraine, in addition to the suspension of the determination of the Net Asset Value and the issue and redemption of Shares as well as the right to convert Shares of the Sub-Fund (as notified to investors on 1 March 2022), we hereby inform you that the Italian stock exchange, Borsa Italiana (“Borsa”), has issued an announcement on 04 March 2022 stating that trading in the Sub-Fund’s Shares on Borsa “will be suspended until further notice”

Shareholders will be kept informed of any developments including the lifting of the suspension by Borsa on www.xtrackers.com.
