Total Voting Rights

Following the cancellation of 121,545,490 Ordinary Shares tendered under the Tender Offer, as announced on 7 February 2025, and in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the total number of ordinary shares of US$0.000001 each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 141,040,915 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 141,040,915.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the DTRs.
