XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 7 February 2020, Ory Weihs, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 7,687,444 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.08% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 187,128,659 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
