PDMR Shareholding
Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business technology and services provider, was informed today of the following transaction by Jon Stratford, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), who transferred 87,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.035% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) to Anna Stratford (a connected person) for nil consideration. The transfer was undertaken for personal financial planning purposes.
Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Stratford (including those held by connected persons) remains unchanged at 241,222 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.097% of Xchanging's issued share capital.
The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 16 December 2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
