PDMR Shareholding
Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process, procurement and technology services provider, announces that, following the exercise of options over 35,000 shares awarded under the Xchanging plc 2007 Executive Share Option Plan, Stephen Scott, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.014% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) at a price of 167.5p per share. Stephen Scott holds no other shares in Xchanging plc.
The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 25 March 2014 and Xchanging was informed of it on 26 March 2014. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
