PDMR Shareholding
Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process, procurement and technology services provider, announces that, following the vesting of 42,644 shares on 3 December 2014, previously awarded to Adrian Guttridge (a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR')) under a Deed of Grant, Mr Guttridge sold 20,114 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.008% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) at a price of 165p per share.
Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Guttridge (including those held by connected persons) has increased to 45,059 (approximately 0.018% of Xchanging's issued share capital).
The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 3 December 2014 and Xchanging was informed on 4 December 2014. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
