PDMR Shareholding
Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business technology and services provider, was informed today of the following transaction by David Bauernfeind, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), transferred 170,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.068% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) to Nicolette Bauernfeind (a connected person) for nil consideration. The transfer was undertaken for personal financial planning purposes.
Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Bauernfeind (including those held by connected persons) remains unchanged at 781,906 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.316% of Xchanging's issued share capital.
The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 20 November 2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
