Directors' Shareholding

White Young Green plc was today notified of the following share purchases:

Brian Duckworth, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares on 18 March 2009 in the Company at a price of 7.13p. Brian Duckworth now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 35,500 ordinary shares in the company being 0.07% of the issued ordinary capital.

Paul Hamer, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares on 18 March 2009 in the Company at a price of 7.13p. Paul Hamer holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 25, 000 ordinary shares in the company being 0.05% of the issued ordinary capital.

David Wilton, Group Finance Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares on 18 March 2009 in the Company at a price of 7.13p. David Wilton holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 25, 000 ordinary shares in the company being 0.05% of the issued ordinary capital.
